La Tabilita Restaurant in Cathedral City has some amazing customer reviews…. many people showing love for their Margaritas. Here you’ll find traditional dishes from the Los Altos region, like tacos arrieros (flattened, soft tacos layered with a creamy tomato sauce), birria de borrego (slow-cooked shredded lamb), fresh campechano, and traditionally made enchiladas suizas.
